Our Mission -The doctors and staff at Ridglea West Animal Hospital (RWAH) provide conscientious, affectionate, and individual care for your pet while they board at our facility. We serve breakfast and a mid-day supper each day or we can provide meals according to your specific directions. We can administer medications as directed. Dogs are walked outside in our fenced backyard a minimum of two times per day and usually three times a day.(Required)
Emergency Care Policy - RWAH, its agents, and its employees exercise reasonable care to prevent loss, injury, illness, or death of pets in our care. If such an event were to occur, a reasonable attempt is made to contact you. If we are unable to contact you, hospital staff will initiate such treatment as deemed appropriate by the doctor without your prior approval. Medical expenses incurred for an event are the financial responsibility of the owner of record.(Required)
Our Requirements - All pets must be current on required vaccinations or show titers to those diseases. These vaccinations must have been administered by a licensed veterinarian. Pets may have the exams and vaccinations completed at RWAH, or the owner of record must present proof of current vaccination status for each pet through transferred records from another veterinary facility. Our Check-in and Check-out Policy - Pet check-in is after 11:00 AM unless previous arrangements are made. The account is charged for the pet’s day of arrival regardless of the time of arrival. There is no charge if your pet is released by 1:00 PM. If your pet is picked up after 1:00 PM there will be a charge for the day of departure. If your pet is scheduled to receive a bath the day of check out, there is no additional charge for that day regardless of pick up time. (Please check all boxes.)(Required)
